The management here at Bryan-College station is great. Now corporate on the other hand are out to get you for any little thing. Like a miss understanding and will charge you up to $3,300 cause it all adds up if you don't read the fine print. We gave a 30 day notice for our now college graduate and her roommate, as oppose to a 60 day thinking their lease was up in Dec and not in January. We agreed to pay for the last month rent, but would not take it unless we paid $4,888. Which also includes cleaning fees. Which of course the apartment was left spotless.

Walls are very thin and cheaply built apartment complex. Cant even sleep because i hear all of my neighbors get up, move around, and talk. They also pay to get 5 star reviews which is why there are barely any 2,3,or 4 stars and all the 5 stars look the same

Re: working together? I don't understand how you can possibly say "working diligently" and "look forward to working together" while denying our photo evidence of cockroaches and basically treating us as liars. I was literally at a loss for words when your pest control said we were complaining about "imaginary" bugs, saying "goofy things", and "making stuff up". These words are still howling in my head and are deeply offensive (on top of everything else, it is just very bizzare). It is so frustrating that you return my respect and cooperation with distrust and accusation. (initial review) The management is only interested in sucking money out of residents without actively addressing problems. My move-in date was delayed, the unit was dirty at move-in, cockroaches are thriving until now, and communication is very slow. On the community level, a lot of trash, old appliances, and wood debris had sit for months. Great job ruining the property that has good potential with a horrible sense of responsibility. Those fake 5-star bot reviews are cute, but you know they wouldn't last.
