PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS BEFORE STAYING HERE. I came to this location so I could make it to my sons baseball tournament. I was given room 101 and Im only posting my experience to hopefully help and or save someone else from this. My car was stolen and crashed and totaled leaving me stranded with children, my room was tampered with there were bugs everywhere and a needle fully loaded with meth found under my mattress. After talking with owners about all of this It was made to seem like it is what it is and then let me know they have tried to protect the place and take matters into their own hands but been denied they even told me how a red car pulls in and out a lot asking if they have seen two kids and that they were new to town and how the police ignores them and their problems because of their ethnicity, but to keep my children close. This experience was by far my worst and I know things just happen sometimes but the way it was handled after losing my only vehicle to this and having someone try to break in my room I was not offered money back, I called them to show the needle and the owner picked it up bare handed and said its probably diabetic needle and hurried out of the room. I called the police to add more information for my car stolen and was told to just switch rooms. It was not handled how a true business should handle this situation.

Nice spacious rooms on lakefront. Quiet relaxing environment. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Place is extremely outdated, even though they claim recent upgrades. Bed was old and squeaky. Toilet was pint-sized. Tile flooring made the room seem unwelcoming. Showerhead was small and low pressure. Was there two nights, but received no maid service after first night. Pool was full of green algae, making the whole place feel rundown.

I do not recommend staying at the Flagship Inn at the bridge at Lake Brownwood Bugs were on the floor, Cricket legs in the bed when I moved the pillows no running water in the toilet no hot water in the shower blow dryer did not work Cricket crawling on the wall did not sleep horrible experience I have pictures to back up my complaints but no where to post them Rooms: Rooms were dirty and bugs everywhere see pictures
