This was the first La Quinta that sent me a pre-check-in before my stay. I wasn't sure so I filled it out with my vehicle info and more. Upon checking in I was told I was going to be on the 3rd floor but the elevator button was broken so I would have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor and then walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor. I said I did the pre-check-in the day before and I couldn't be on floors 1-2 or 4? No. After expressing my displeasure, I got, "You must have had a bad day." I didn't until I checked in. I accepted the 3rd floor and then got the check-in paper thrown in front of me wanting the same info as the pre-check-in form. The system didn't work collecting my pre-check-in info. The shower water was lukewarm at best so no hot water at this hotel. I see in another review that this is a common issue. The breakfast was good though. UPDATE: Be careful. The hotel charges a certain rate and after you check-in, you will get an email with the total rate. However, they add $6.99 facility fee that is not shown on the email and you will not know until you get your credit card statement. They admit it's a way to show a lower price and La Quinta headquarters isn't even aware of it.
