    Nobody calls and lets you know their sending someone out to your house, just shows up, when after 2 months, and then some girl shows up. And asks me what to do. I thought of you don't know what to do, don't ask me. That's just cleaning service, they can't find no workers out here in West Texas, for 10.50 a hr.

    Nobody available other than front desk always have to leave a message. Told I have a signing bonus and would receive $500 after 30 days and $2000 after 180 days. It has been almost 4 months and still have not received the $500 bonus after my first 30 days.

    Real frustration....either not getting told you have a new supervisor or getting contradictory emails about how to navigate the new app and getting told to call this certain helpline and someone will be available to assist you and then the person on that line redirects you to send an email about your problem with the new app...whew...this has been a real run around...no clear communication and hard to find someone yo assist you. 11/17/2023...I have today decided to add something else to this review..."icing on the cake"...After all of the above disorganized mess, just because we were having to get used to a new app across board...They entered a schedule change of my hours into the app...the same hours that my client was told that his worker would be working and the same hours that I had been working for him for a year, without even telling him or me....all of a sudden I had to tell him his hours had been changed because no supervisor had the courtesy to tell him or me. This place has the poorest level of communication I have ever seen and I have worked in the big corporates in Dallas and I never saw this. There was no memo or text message or email telling me my schedule had been changed. It just appeared on the app even after me telling my NEW supervisor that I had worked a certain schedule for this client for a year. Not to mention how unprofessional it made Girling look to my client. And I might as well tel you that no one has bothered to address it or correct it since it happened. And on 2 occasions my client has called the office to ask a question and when directed to the staff person handling that issue that staff person was rude and one even hung up on him. This is the honest truth.
