Well, where shall I start. From my observation,the building is too small. The kitchen area is too cramped. For the preparation of food. Yes, I know it is a fast food restaurant. But there is no finesse when putting the burgers together. Very sloppy . Too many workers cramped together, trying to do their jobs. I do like the frozen custard, only reason I stopped there .

We enjoy the foodwhen they get it right. We usually order on the Freddys app and get it to go. Most of our to go orders we have gotten since this location opened have been messed up in some way. The most frequent mistakes are no sauce on our burgers and incorrect toppings. I understand mistakes happen and I normally dont get upset, but it is incredibly disappointing for these things to happen 4 out of 5 times we order from Freddys and I feel employees and management are being careless. There was nothing correct about the order we picked up tonight. Neither of our sandwiches had sauce and we ordered chili cheese fries without onions and there were onions. We also didnt get the extra fry sauce we ordered. The only thing that was correct was the drink, but thats probably only because my husband poured it himself. We hadnt ordered from Freddys in a long time because they have screwed up our order so many times. We decided to give them another chance today. Not sure if they will get another one.
