Mark and his other 2 other co workers made me feel like home. Best rates around and less wait time. I traveled from Houston to Brownsville for work and Mark explained to me about the cap its offer at the 3000 miles with 2 courtesy oil filler if I didn't get an oil change until I had funds before the 8000 miles and even gave me a $25 gift card for getting a full synthetic oil change and also let me use a $20 coupon a I found online. I had gone to Bridgestone and wanted to charge me $160 for a synthetic oil outrageous also went to Walmart it was $100 but wait was 3 hours when its just a oil change .Not at jiffy lube they had cars but got them in and out in 20 min and they check water levels on my car and tire pressure and so on . They treated me like family and not a customer I would highly recommend and even had music to get everyone in the mood.. excellent service would go back again and highly recommend . The customer service was on point.
