        Lady working and helping does not understand the question you ask unless its about paying money. Gave so much attitude and was interrupting me when I was trying to get my point across talking over me before I finished. They are unorganized by not having a sign sheet to know who is next to attend. Dont bank with them, worst than BBVA.

        Terrible service since I switched to PNC bank They take more than 20 minutes to respond to you in customer service and in the bank branch they cannot activate a card or change your PIN CODE. I will definitely change banks
