        They only have one man as maintenance. ONE!! For the amount of mobile homes there are. The man cant even keep up with having the grass cut all the time and having the area clean. Because well I repeat its one man for like 100+ mobile homes and RVs. There is always a mess and its disgusting in the trash area. Why because people who do not live there go and throw trash. They want to charge a good amount of money but cant even keep it nice. Lets not even talk about a certain family that live there that have a junk outside their home. Looks horrible because of them. Too much cars and tools and mess outside their home. Has like 5 cars at all times looks like a mechanic shop. Dont know how the manager allows that. Its terrible. Makes the whole mobile home park look ghetto. Probably a friend of the manager? I dont know. Overall do not recommend. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Theyll keep charging more each time. While everything keeps getting uglier. I do not know if its the manager or corporate that wants to save money and only have one guy as maintenance. But believe me its ridiculous. Park is very unkempt.
