Mrs. Cuevas & her supervisor Arturo Salazar refused to answer my calls nor my attorney's calls. This is very unprofessional of this people not to return calls . We have been dealing with this issue since September 7, 2023. My attorney has left them messages and they have not replied to his calls & nor his messages. They have refused to fax my attorney my medical records, they said they sent them to a law firm which he doesn't work for, that law firm throws out records that aren't addressed to them and they have no proof they ever sent my records anywhere. How ignorant incompetent can they be to mail out personal records to a law firm which my attorney does not work for. Instead of faxing them to him to the fax # we provided. Goes to show that these people are not smart, they should hire professional personnel that actually care, & do return calls and reply to messages. It's obvious that they are there only for the pay check not to help patients. They still refuse to fax my attorney my medical records. I'm still being ignored every time I call my Case worker Mrs cuevas. I Am by law intitled to my medical records, don't see what the mystery is all about.

I wish I could give it no stars unprofessional staff talking about my mental illness in front of others where I didn't want to be in the first place staff changes do much you're always at step one tells me I have to meet with them today or they close I case I crossed into america and wasted two dollars after I already tried to reschedule for them to tell me they prioritized someone over me I highly do not reccomend
