    I went to get some shoes, I measured them and prepared to pay for them at the cashier when the VERY haughty and bossy cashier told me, "ready" and I answered yes, then again speaking to me in a VERY haughty tone she told me to give her my phone number (I'm new to this city so I haven't memorized it yet) it takes me 2 seconds to pick up the cell phone to verify it and again in a VERY BAD ATTITUDE he repeats, "GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER!!!" to which I answer that if she can't wait and that she doesn't yell at me, she makes an excuse that she doesn't know if I speak Spanish or English, while she continues chatting on HER CELL PHONE in front of a client, I answer that I know both languages and That is no reason for her to speak to me in that tone and she answers that she is not speaking badly to me that it is already Friday and she is in a very good mood, I tell her that I just want to pay for my shoes and leave, that I do not need to receive her mistreatment and that I am going to report her, she told me that she DOESN'T CARE and that her name is KENYA PEA, I told her that I don't want anything else and I left, I mentioned the situation to the manager and they only told me that it is the way to be hers and that she has a very harsh tone of voice. I repeat I ONLY went for a pair of shoes since there is no other shoe store nearby... I had a bad experience and terrible service, I can only speak for the cashier, the other people were very friendly and it is unfair that they treat you badly just because they can and make excuses for the language, I speak in Spanish to her because in Brownsville everyone or almost everyone speaks Spanish and she is of Hispanic origin, there is no reason to be so despotic with a client, and ignoring me to just be on the cell phone is not okay either. .
