Had such an amazing experience with James and Ashley! I dont believe I had ever looked that good in a headshot before. Highly recommend American Headshots Photography for anyone who is looking for outstanding headshots and great customer service!

Such awful service and it is worse when the manager Ashley, is so rude and disrespectful. She can never help with an issue and is so quick to cut you off as if the customer is wrong for their mistakes. Also it would be nice if the website was updated. According to her, the office operations are from 10am - 5pm and online, states 9am-6pm. The option to making appointment online is available but according to her, they dont go by that and when questioned was is it an option online , she stated " I didn't create the website so thats not my fault". I spoke to her today and after being questioned about an issue , she said she couldnt help and had to hang up because she was stepping out the office.

Ashley, needs to take customer service courses, so rude and not professional at all. Makes mistakes and blames the customer.
