We went to buy phones, 3 people were behind in the counter, everyone was busy in the phone, when we chose the phone to get the employee name was Tatian she activated the phone without asking PIN number and password the try to scam costumers in professional way in the 2nd days one of the phone doesnt working we try to change the device, trough Coustmer service the ask for pin and account name the was put different name and high security, which we never told her to put it, we asked the Coustmer service the said its not match the name the charge us way more, metro said the customer information is really important for us this store avoid that rule, stole my personal information, when I called back that please help me the not answer.
