        I went to buy a bulb for my vehicle, but the customer service representative grabbed the wrong one. When I got to my car, I realized it wasn't the right one. Now they refuse to take it back because it's been opened. They really need to hire knowledgeable professionals for customer service instead of wasting people's time and money. This is such a disappointing experience.

      I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Upon your visit, our staff diligently inquired whether you required high or low beam bulbs, and you specified high beam, which was accordingly provided to you. Regrettably, upon inspecting your vehicle, it became apparent that a low beam bulb was actually needed. Unfortunately, as the packaging had been opened, we are unable to resell halogen bulbs due to their sensitivity to skin oils. Please accept our apologies for any confusion or frustration this may have caused.
