        Banyan Kingsland Heights is a good place to live. The community is quiet and clean. The management is always on top of things. Kim Evans, the office manager has a pleasant and helpful personality, and shes always there to see that the needs of tenants are done in an efficient and convenient time. However, Id like to suggest that we get a community center for tenants to utilize for events.

        I had several items repaired and all were taken care of professionally and friendly. The repairs were completed as soon as the ordered items were received at the office.

        Your circuits breaker isnt adapted to the power it needs to run the bathroom or the kitchen.I shouldn't have to go to the breaker boxers constantly to cook or blowdry my hair.The screens on the windows don't fit.The lawn had bottles stuck in the dirt.Metal pieces stuck in the dirt making it unsafe for kids to play
