Referred by an acquaintance. Both the office and the technician were conscientious about the appointment time. The technician, Alex, was professional and knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. Some replacement parts have to be orderedcomplicated repair in old houseso this is the middle of the story. Im confident.

Plumb Level came out to a property were buying to look over the system and run a camera down each drain. They are very professional and knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. When the purchase is complete on the property we will be using them again. SECOND TIME TO USE PLUMB LEVEL Because it was listed in county records that another property could be using our septic system (although previous owners checked) we had Plumb Level come out and borescope the entire system to ensure we are a stand alone septic system. The young men who came out were very nice, knowledgeable and found two buried clean outs we did not know existed. Great job and very diligent. 1/27/23 We had a water leak coming from an underground water line. Taylor and Marco did a great job of detecting the cracked PVC T, most likely due to stress from ground movement over time. Not only did they replace the T, I had Taylor quote me the cost of repiping our old farmhouse, which we are going to have them do. Plumb Level is very responsive and friendly. The guys work hard to resolve issues. 4/5/2024 Had Plumb Level come out to check out the drain line to our septic tank. It was partially clogged.
