I will not personally get this insurance this insurance is for the money in their pocket if one of their customers run into you they do everything in the world not to pay you or fix your vehicle again I personally get you don't want if somebody hits you you better go get a lawyer it's been 4 months I've been having hell with them oct months -19 -23 I'm also going to report them to the better Business I'm also going to report them to Google Facebook

I am having a horrible time receiving the run around from one of Germania's agents named Florimi Burette. I thought Flo from progressive insurance commercials was stupid, but this Flo with Germania insurance. Is really a total idiot!!! I was also accused of insurance fraud by another one of their agents named Ronald Gonzales. And it is all because of a small VIN title loan back that we had On our truck, however, we paid it off. And FLO even received a letter of guarantee from the title loan company that there was no lien against my vehicle but still insisting on putting the title loan company on the payoff check.and this Flo person decided that they had to make my Check for damages to my truck out to both the VIN title company and myself. In the meantime, the loan was paid off and as of December 1st there was no lien against our truck. However, she's still insisted for even more proof that there was no lien. All a stall tactic and a violation of Texas insurance regulations. MY CLAIM # IS 104-44-062 I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY AS I AM CONTACTING THE TX. INS BUREAU AND AN ATTY.

Great place to work. I was very surprised when insurance shopping to find Insurance prices for auto and home are competitive with major nationwide carriers like StateFarm Farmers Allstate Liberty Mutal etc.
