Both Erica and Art were very professional, excellent communication, knowledgeable and just downright nice people that went out of their way to make sure my refrigerator was repaired quickly, correctly and reasonably priced.         Sergio took my under counter winecooler to repair. Charged my credit card $800 and apparently has disappeared. Wont take my calls or answer messages. It has been over 3 months. Repaired my Eurocave wine cooler, charged over $2000 and it does not work. Have not been able to reach anyone. One year later he still has my money and my wine cooler. Here I am another 6 months and no contact. Still out my money and the wine cooler. Recently had another company look at the Eurocave wine cooler and it cannot be repaired so everything he charged for was wasted. Still has my under counter cooler and my money for repair to it.
