        No communication, no showed for installation cost us $$$$ having crews standing around waiting, its been a year door still not finished, we have received final bills and turned over for collection for something that is not complete. From a distance the door looks great but, look closer at the craftsmanship! Controller cracked, gaps in door, scratches from installation, strike plates look like a 6 yr old cut them out, mismatched paint. We are just 30 minutes away from factory, I cant imagine the customer service if your out of state.

        I often go by this cigar shop that is an icon in downtown Paris. The unfinished work on the door is testimony of the lack of pride this company seems to exhibit in their product.

        Be careful with this company they work with TQL and will rob you. They gave one of my drivers a rate and agreed with confirmation after delivery they deducted half the rate. They want you to work for free.
