As a new patient the staff made me feel right at home. On my first and second visit I was alwaysgreeted with a very friendly smile. Dr. Gates explained to me exactly what needed to be done for the best outcome. Hisbedside manner made me feel relaxed and comfortable. After each procedure Dr. Gates would call me at home to check on me and make sure I wasn't in any pain. The customer care given by Dr. Gates and staff goes above and beyond, absolutely excellent in everyway!!

As a healthcare professional, I appreciate the skill, professionalism, and Dr. Gates ability to clearly communicate. He and his staff answered all of my questions in simple, understandable terms. He allayed my anxiety of going to the dentist or in my case, the oral surgeon. He was patient and I felt no pain during the procedure. His post procedure care is just as good as his procedure care. I know if I need a general dentist or oral surgeon, I can go to Dr. Gates. I do not have to worry about finding another doctor to provide the type of service I need. That is a great plus. If anybody asks me for a referral regarding my dental/oral care, I highly recommend Dr. Gates.

Best Dentist experience ever!! I feel soooo relieved with Dr Gates. Explained everything in old woman language. The office is beautiful and tranquil. Loved the Christian music and Christian verses and sayings on the walls. Will tell everybody about this Dental office. You cannot find this everywhere. Ive been to 4 dentists here in the area prior to Dr Gates. No comparison!
