Bonham Village Apartments

Im interested in renting here but no one answers the phone Ive been calling for multiple days.

I would not give this place 1 star. Me and my family ( total of 4 ) and I was pregnant lived in these apartments for 1 year. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I was threatened by our neighbor, she actually came over to me and started talking about my unborn baby, and touched my stomach. Also her husband was constantly hitting on me. Then they accused us of smoking weed in our apartment, when clearly the smell was coming from their home. We called the police and they came. Well long story short the police showed up and we invited them into our apartment. They quickly said that they believed that we were not doing drugs. Needless to say after all this, we didn't feel safe there. So when the year was up, we told C that we were going to not be renewing our lease. She said she understood but she didn't want us to go. Before we left, I made the place look imaculate!!!! Vacuummed Steam cleaned, mopped EVERYTHING! There was a hole in the door that they knew about. We did it when we first moved in. The door costs 80 dollars to fix. Our security deposit was 350 dollars. Well we think everything was okay and we told them that they could keep the deposit because I felt bad that we weren't going to stay also because of the door. My family ( now of 6 ) tries to get into another apartment. THESE APARTMENTS CHARGED US $1,956 and said "oh you didn't give a notice that you were moving out, you broke two doors, we charged you another months rent and a late fee, also for EXCESSIVE CLEANING"!!!! SO NOT ONLY DID THEY LIE ABOUT US, WE WONT EVER BE ABLE TO RENT FROM ANYONE ELSE UNTIL THAT $1,956 IS PAID FOR!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
