Suburban Buildings

We built a Pole Barn with Suburban Buildings in Leon Valley where Josh and the Surburban Buildings worked extensively with us and the city to meet all requirements to build within the city. After numerous challenges and great customer services from Surburban we were allowed to build and Surburban Buildings did not let us down. They designed, constructed and were even extremely flexible when we made adjustment to the building in the process that it made it easy as the customer. The quality of the material and work were fantastic, I highly recommend Surburban Building as their price and quality cannot be matched.

We put out multiple bids for our shop and we selected Suburban Buildings, not just because of the fair price, but more because of the trust we instantly placed in Josh Nowlin. He came out to our property immediately when we placed our inquiry about a bid. He walked the property and marked the potential location and discussed everything about the layout, materials, and process that Suburban Buildings would follow to complete the build. Josh really made us feel comfortable about what our money was buying and gave us enough specific information to compare Suburban against the other bids. We did our comparisons of bids and selected Suburban Buildings for price and most importantly, confidence in Josh delivering what he promised. Our 40 x 60 shop is now complete and is absolutely beautiful. As can happen with any project, we had a couple minor items come up during construction and Josh was on-site immediately and made sure solutions were immediately applied. Communication during the project was fantastic. Josh was in direct contact multiple times a week and on-site during each major milestone. So impressed with Suburban Buildings and Josh Nowlin. Thanks for the best looking shop on the block!

Josh with Suburban was excellent to deal with. He was always available. He built an excellent quality building. His crews were always on time. We have a very difficult neighbor who attempted to make Joshs job much harder than it needed to be. Josh handled the situation with great patience and diplomacy. I would recommend Josh and Suburban for any building needs
