        Great company! took the time to explain the different types of grass that I would need for my yard. After I explained what I was doing and where I was planning on putting the grass at, they gave me instructions on how to help it catch and grow. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

        I placed an order for a pallet of grass and even allowed myself to be up sold. We agreed upon a time and date of pickup. I arrived after renting a trailer and driving 50 miles one way to pick up my order at 8 am. My order wasnt ready and would be available until later that afternoon. I had made plans to have help and to return the trailer before they would have my sod. They claim to have tried to contact me to inform me of the delay but the wrong phone number was in their computer. I know I gave them the right number because the owner texted me his business address. Absentee ownership. No refund policy but they decided to refund. I know there are a lot of positive reviews but this is what happened to me.
