Jessica is a talented, professional, and seasoned real estate agent. She helped me to sell both my parent's homes after they passed. She had the network in the area to pitch one of the properties to investors enabling us to get top dollar by thinking out of the box. For the other property, she came with the right ideas to stage the house and position it at the right price to attract buyers. We ended up with over 25 offers -- all over asking price! These were delicate selling situations as part of an estate, and she handled it each time with grace, results orientation, and market intelligence. Ms Jessica was very helpful with finding me my home here at Echo Creek. She got me in really quick! I was very impressed with her!! Beautiful neighborhood/ community. I love that its gated! The property on Royal Ridge was a wonderful and well maintained delight to live in. Jessica was responsive, courteous, and professional yet friendly.
