I cannot recommend Mindy Thomas highly enough. We have been blessed to have completed 5 real estate transactions with her as our realtor. She is organized, available, responsive, and gets the job done. She has helped us submit a winning offer in multiple offers situation and helped us price and stage our home right for us to have multiple offers to choose from as sellers. She does thorough market research with her competitive market analysis so we would know what our house is worth. Her buyer's rebate is such a blessing, and her selling commission is hard to beat. You will not get a real estate agent with better value. She delivers.

Mindy has been our Realtor for over 10 years and has represented us in multiple transactions. This time, she assisted with both selling our home and purchasing a new one. Mindys knowledge, professionalism, and negotiating skills were key in both transactions. The purchase of our newest home was an extremely difficult and long process as we were purchasing from a real estate company as opposed to a traditional seller. It was only because of Mindy and her skilled team that we were able to get the transaction closed and move into our new home.
