Boerne Plumbing Company

Contracted for Boerne Plumbing install a water softener. We made calls to see why we were not seeing a difference of water quality in our master bathroom. He made setting adjustments to no avail. Turns out, only half the house was hooked up He refuses to complete the installation. Ill need to find someone else to finish the job. Brian will need to pay for completion or I will need to file a claim in court. So far he doesnt want to communicate with me. FYI- he made a number trips for repairs/leaks, 3 hot water heaters, toilets during the first several years of us moving here. What a big disappointment.

Great service always kept me updated on when material was being delievered and came and installed new bathtub and sink fixtures and replaced the water heater and he did not leave till he made sure everything was working perfectly worth every penny spent Services: Installation, Shower repair

The roofers were replacing my roof from hail damage and they needed to to have the plumber diagnose some vent pipe issues before they could seal the vent pipes in. Brian was able to squeeze us in for a last minute inspection enabling the roofers to finish. He also inspected some water lines in the attic that needed some insulation repairs which he scheduled for another call. Very professional and I highly recommend him!
