Im rehabbing from a broken shoulder at Cibolo rehab with the best staff one would want.!
So many friends Ive made since coming here, from the director to the kitchen staff , doctors and yard people,nurses ! This is a very good to recover from anything!

This facility is awesome! The nurses and staff are very tentative and helpful. Lynn has been so helpful with the process and I am forever greatful.

My father has been here for 1year and I would have rated it a two until Taylor, the new administrator came on board. Now I rate it a four. She has made a tremendous difference. Taylor is available to address concerns and fixes problems that may arise. Communication has improved greatly. The facility has a peaceful feeling. However, I feel like there is a shortage of CNAs.

Not really impressed by anything here... I'm a very prudent nurse whom went to apply for a nursing position and was denied. No explanation as to why or anything... was texting Madison Gonzales (HR) to follow up, but not until then I received an email saying I was not picked to join the team! Why did I have to text you to receive that email!!! Unprofessional!!!!
What I did notice is this place hired a very uneducated and inexperienced nurse as their DON, Lynne Mata. (Whom I'm sure spoke against me related to her lack of experience) was previously employed as a fellow manager with this person! She left the facility without notice, she never interacted with families or considered her residents as to why she was removed from her position. Now, she is employed in Boerne TX at this facility! I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box but I tell you please research these people... she doesn't know the job, she doesn't care, she is really sitting to collect a pay check!!! I'm saying people take your family anywhere else but here to get compassionate care from experienced nursing and HR personnel.
