This is an update from our last posting about the excellent real estate services provided by Nova Stephenson. About two years ago we were buying a house in Boerne, TX. Due to a time crunch on a transfer from Phoenix, AZ, we had to make a decision over a four day period.
Nova had multiple listings ready for us to view in various locations we had shown interest in, including Stone Oak, Spring Branch, and Boerne. We visited about 14 houses one day alone and all along Nova was patient and very nice about our indecision. She found us a wonderful home in Boerne, a location at the top our list. We love it. We posted a rave review a couple years back about our experience with Nova. Afterwards, we found that Nova has numerous contacts for all sorts of home projects, that were really needed since we were new to the area. We also said in our last posting that we looked forward to seeing Nova again, as a friendly neighbor. Since then, we have met with Nova and family for dinners, lunches, and even a rodeo! Thank you Nova for your expertise and friendship!

We really enjoyed working with Nova. She answered every question we ever had, was always was available to meet us somewhere and helped us in many ways in getting us what we consider a great new home. She even agreed to meet my daughter and her family a time or two so that we didnt have to make the drive from Austin to San Antonio. She was great and extremely conscientious and thorough.

Nova Stephenson is the absolute best! I highly recommend her for your home buying needs. Relocating to a new city can be a task in itself. Doing that during COVID and then deciding to build a home presented even greater challenges. Nova did a fabulous job explaining my options and guiding me through the home-building process in general. She is super accessible and very responsive to customer needs and requests. In addition to sharing helpful "tips and tricks" she also served as a buyer's advocate from beginning to end. She knows her business, inside and out.
Aside from delivering as my realtor, she also is now someone whom I consider a friend. On more than one occasion, we toured the town or participated in local events which helped me learn my city and meet new neighbors. These gestures were totally unexpected but truly appreciated. It is this special touch, the personal connection, that makes her extraordinary in my book.
