As a custom home builder, I have see agents come in and not have anywhere near the level of patience, attention to detail, and overall care for their clients. Matt goes out of his way for his clients. Highly recommend!

My wife and I bought our first house with Matt as our Realtor. We had a very good experience. Matt was patient and flexible as we went about viewing several properties. He helped guide us through the process of picking the right house for us. When it came time to offer on the house he demonstrated his ability to negotiate by getting us a lower price and seller concessions. He was always very fast at getting paperwork done or returning calls/texts. We were able to close in just 30 days. After closing he helped us move some of our stuff to the new house using his truck and he has also been thoughtful by continuing to keep in touch after the sale. I will definitely be choosing Matt again in the future.
