        This place advertises that they are taking on new patients. When you call them or request an appointment online a scheduling consultant calls you within 1-3 business days. Then they proceed to tell you they dont have any new patient appointments available for 8 months but they have a cancellation wait list.

        Genesis literally saved my life. The staff is kind, respectful, helpful and understanding. They actually listen to their patients. No one was ever condescending to me, not the front office staff nor the back office staff nor the health professionals. I have been a patient for almost 6 years and have NEVER had a bad experience.
