I and my neighbors in Mico, Tx. have had BEC for 15 years and never had a problem. Now we have an issue to discuss, have dialed their number for days and a prompt responds and says No Routes found and have e- mailed them and they have not responded. I called the Commissioner and other agencies in Bandera for assistance and they are trying to help make co tact. This has been very frustrating and time consuming for me. I paid my bill and they sent me an e-mail that I was delinquent and concerned that they will cut off services. Very poor customer services!

I'm a Wounded Warrior and thankful they were able to help with $800 but no one could help well before 6:00 yesterday and now I have to wait till Monday for electricity makes me proud to fight for this great country all to slave away and be left out in the cold
