To whom it may concern, I had scheduled Steam Master Cleaning for a comprehensive cleaning service on Friday the 1st, which included duct work, air vent cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, LVP floor cleaning, 2 area rugs, and garage floor cleaning in preparation for moving into my new home. Upon my return, I found that the floors were still wet, and the grout and tile did not appear significantly cleaner. When I inquired about this, the technician assured me that the grout would lighten once dry. It wasn't until the following day that I noticed the unsatisfactory state of the tile/grout, air return and vents. My feet were black after walking around on the tile floor putting things away for only about an hour. There appears to be a film on all of the flooring surface as well as the vents & air return that were not actually cleaned. Its as if they just move dirt around. The only aspects of the service that met my expectations were the garage floor and area rugs. It is important to note that I was charged $1900 for the entirety of the service. I reached out to the sales manager to request a partial refund of at least half the cost, considering the incomplete work. However, I was informed that a refund was not an option, and the only resolution offered was for the company to return and re-clean the areas. This proposed solution presents a challenge as the house is now furnished & full of unpacked boxes, making it difficult to accommodate a re-cleaning. I am deeply disappointed by the service provided by Steam Master Cleaning and do not wish for others to experience the same level of frustration and disappointment. I will be sure to inform all my clients to avoid engaging with your company and instead opt for a more reliable and thorough service provider. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
