Hill Country Fence and Ranch

Very pleased with how our project turned out. We called Hill Country Fence to construct a wooden privacy fence on an existing patio. There were some challenges with leveling, bracing due to the existing patio structure and I had some very specific requirements and specs. Ryan, Brandon and Martin were professional and meticulous with the build and worked with me to ensure that the details would be handled with care. Communication very poor. Wasn't made aware of service call of $150 till after the fact. Won't work with me to fix a bad engineering job on their end, in 15 months I've had 2 batteries die due to being under powered by the solar panel. They'd rather cut ties and move on. I recently needed two sides of 13.5 acre tract fenced near Wimberley and called several fence companies. Received few call backs and the ones that called said the could not get the fence done in time for my closing. Surfing the internet for companies I finally found Hill Country and used their online process to get a rough estimate. I received an estimate the next day. Shannon put me on their calendar and gave me a link to the calendar so I could check my status. She kept me informed through the entire process including timetable and increases from the estimate based on actual on the ground issues. My fence needed replacing so I contacted at least 3 businesses for quotes. Hill Country Fence and Ranch came out within a few days to give me an assessment. They advised that I did not need to get new posts since they were in good shape which I really appreciated. We went with the cedar fencing and also installed an additional gate to make it easier for my lawn service to get into the backyard. I can't say enough good things about this company. The crew of Brandon, Martin and Josh were great and did such a fantastic job. They were so polite and professional and worked very hard to get this done in just 2 days. The new fence and new gates look awesome. In fact, one of my neighbors texted me this morning and said how great the fence looked. I gave her the phone number and contact name and was told this morning that she already called them and set up an appointment. Services: Gates, Wood fence installation
