Our 2 boys are loving it. Always getting video and picture updates. Its great to see throughout the day. Staci and the staff are GREAT!!

We love Thrive!! When we first moved to Boerne I talked with numerous daycares before selecting Thrive. From the first interaction you could tell that their primary concern is your CHILD. Anything and everything else is secondary. They will go out of their way to ensure that your child is in a safe, caring environment. Each and every staff member I have interacted with is caring and warm and has deep compassion for children. Every drop off everyone we see greets my kids by name. One morning my toddler was exhausted from a poor nights sleep and I made a joke in passing to Staci Baros (the director) who, without hesitation, set up a little bed for him in the teachers lounge so he could get a little nap in They also always have the cutest activities planned and are wonderful at sending you pictures and updates through out the day. Also, its worth noting, Im 100% sure Staci would throw hands with ANYONE who threatens the safety of the children. Her one and only concern is keeping the children safe and secure while in her care. She is quick to let you know when illness pop up and what symptoms to look out for and, to the best of her ability, she tries to keep the spread of illnesses to a minimum. I know there is a decent wait list to get in but it is well worth it. We adore Thrive and I can imagine no better place for my kiddos.

This place deserves zero stars especially in customer service and how they treat people. I'm very glad my children are not enrolled here . I just moved to the Boerne area recently and was looking for a new daycare for my son. But just trying to even book an appointment to tour the daycare is impossible. I called and left a message and never received a call back. One day I happened to be driving in the area and decided to stop in person to see if I could get more information. The director refused to come out and greet me and instead sent a different worker who seemed clueless about basic information about the center. She made it a point to inform me that the director said there was a waitlist until August, which if the director had even bothered to speak to me she would have known I wasn't looking to enroll my son until after August anyways. I was instructed to text the director, Staci Baros, to schedule a tour. I texted her that same day asking her if I could tour the center the next week and she said no they were not available. So then I asked her what would be her next availability for a tour and she never replied. Just completely ghosted me! If these are the type of people who run the center I wouldn't trust them to watch my house plant, let alone my children. There are so many better daycares out there! Before our move my kids have always been at Excelled Montessori in Fair Oaks which is an EXCELLENT school and I would recommend 1000%! Unfortunately with the move to Boerne it's no longer feasible for us to keep them at this location, hence why I'm looking for a new daycare but I will definitely not be enrolling my kids at Thrive and would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience out of any daycare I have ever come across.
