Elite Collision of Boerne

Was hopeful I would get small town treatment, instead I got the big city. Can't rate quality of work cause was unable to use their services. All I needed was the ability to remove equipment from the back of truck and instead of allowing me to do this I was told can't take your truck at all. Sorry for this, customer service means everything.

Do not use this company if you want customer service. Shannon needs training in customer service. My parents have been given a different excuse for the length of time their car has taken to be repaired. First it was a supplement next it was insurance response and today I called and was told it has nothing to do with insurance. It was a typical job that takes 3 weeks. I knew we should have used caliber as our insurance encouraged us to use instead of elite. These people were much better before they expanded. USAA says they dont recommend this company due to complaints of the same manner.

Louis was VERY responsive and professional. The customer service is top notch from the moment you arrive. They are so friendly and kind too. I trusted them with my new QX80 in Feb 2023. A local well known auto repair shop referred me to them because they were so backed up with repairs and couldn't see me for months. I had an accident and the right side/front of my bumper was dented and damaged. It was going to take disassembling, reapair and paint and I didn't want just anyone working on my car. I had a bad experiences with my Geico insurance preferred shop in San Antonio. Although they are not (yet!) a Geico "preferred" repair shop, Elite thankfully accepted my insurance and worked with the local adjuster to come to an agreement. That was another risk I was taking. I was trusting them to honor their word that they would work with my insurance with my vehicle in their shop. My goal was to only pay my insurance deductible and come out with a nicely repaired vehicle. I'm SO glad I trusted them! They are honest and courteous and did a superb job on my vehicle. Customer service was great. Quality of work impeccable like my accident never happened. They were willing to work with me throughout the process and any questions or concerns I had were answered and explained in a way I could understand great team of professionals so if your car gets beat call Elite
