Chris has helped me in the past, several years ago and that went very well! When I went to the real estate attorney that helped me in another situation, he recommended Chris, and I'm glad he did. There is not a better, more capable attorney to deal with HOA issues, so when another HOA situation arose recently, there was no question who to call. Mr. Weber assisted us with establishing an LLC. Several other attorneys we consulted were not knowledgeable with the nuances of working with an IRA member/owner.
