Absolutely awful! Glad I bank elsewhere. They promise the world don't keep their word and can't deliver. Beware! They will tell you they are a San Antonio Bank..that's not true!

Definitely will be filling a compliant with corporate. Julia( vice president) of this branch is very unprofessional and was very sassy as we spoke over the phone. I was trying to obtain my information and she threw a privacy act because a company/ client involved. As a vice president Julia you need to be more professional and polite to the customers. Everyone that worked customer service will know this, I guess it comes with experience. I definitely want someone from corporate to contact me please. This matter needs to be known and address that your representation unfortunately is giving very bad customer service.
