My wife and I needed to purchase a new washer and dryer set. We normally go to big box stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. In this particular case we decided to start our shopping adventure at the Sears Hometown Store in Boerne, TX. Great decision! Upon arrival we were professionally greeted with a smile by the owner/operator of the store, Mr. Ken Stribling. He told us that he is the owner of the store and Sears allows him to sell their branded products in his store. With that little known fact understood we proceeded to allow Ken to assist us on finding the right washer/dryer set that would fit our needs. I have to say it didn't take any time at all before we landed on the right set. Ken made it very seamless and put together a great package that saved us considerable amount of money. Our experience was outstanding because of Ken's professional, courteous, and knowledgeable demeanor. Thanks Ken for making our visit to your store a memorable one.
