I live in the country and was looking for someone to lay a couple foundations so my kids would have a level place to play. Justin and his crew were extremely professional. Quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Very up front about cost and delays due to cement being hard to find. The work was done quickly and when scheduled. I hired ICTX to pour a 30x40 foundation for a metal building. Justin and his crew were amazing! Pricing was very reasonable and up-front, everybody was reliable and on time, and the work was top notch! Justin communicated very well the whole way through, handled the minor changes and adjustments in stride, and was very flexible with my schedule and with the weather. To say I was incredibly impressed is an understatement. Justin and his crew were awesome and did outstanding work. If you are looking for a low-buck, cheap, "just enough" kind of job, look elsewhere. Justin honestly wants a complaint free customer experience and he accomplishes that by over-engineering his work. He poured a 50x80 foundation for me and I'm confident his work will be trouble-free and around for decades. Justin and his crew are the only concrete folks I will use, he is respectful, responsive and honest. I highly recommend ICTX for any concrete work. **Update February 2021, I had Justin. back out to my place to pour entrances to my shop. He arrived when he said he would and poured the concrete when he said he would. Those of you who have other experiences with other contractors know how rare that is!
