        Does not deserve even 1 star. Severely overcharged my son. 2 boxes with a total weight of 14lbs. Ground to ca. $170. Henry lacks customer service skills and lied to his District manager about what happened. Do Not use them at all!!!!

        Asked the Manager to please place a fragile sticker on the boxes, he said he was going to. He didn't and the frames I sent arrived broken. Now I have to file a claim. Really mediocre service.
