        I booked a last-minute room here after leaving a nightmare hotel. The front desk associate was so kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and semi updated. I really liked that they have reading lights on every side of the bed. That's a really nice little touch. They have a hotel cat named Marshmellow! He's super sweet and soft. Water pressure was good and so was the heat. No issues with noise level. Each bed had 4 pillows and actually weren't flat so that was really nice.

        Prior to making a reservation at this hotel i called and spoke to the manager to make sure that this hotel would let me have my service animal during my stay before I drove over an hour out of my way. Approval was granted with the signature on a document. Once I arrived and the transaction was made, I asked if he needed my service animal identification. He, the manager, the same person i spoke to on the phone then says they do not allow animals. My refund has not been completed yet.

      Mr. Buck, service animals are always welcome. However, we do not allow any other animals or pets. You can always opt for a hotel that allows pets. Misrepresenting a pet to be a service animal is a disservice to the legitimate service animals or the people who actually need them.
