    This is the worst Family Dollar I've ever been to. I went in and purchased a foil balloon to be filled with helium. after purchasing the balloon, the cashier could not get the helium tank to fill the balloon. She asked me to step aside while she waited on the customers behind me, and give her just a moment. And I stepped aside until she was done and then she tried again. She couldn't get it to work. She tried calling her several times into a little microphone thingy that she has no response. She then saw the manager come around the corner and started calling out to her but the manager did not respond, she had earbuds in so she couldn't hear her calling out to her and she didn't look to see the growing line. So I went over to the manager and asked if she could help me get my balloon filled. I had already paid for it, but the cashier couldn't get it filled. The manager told me oh well yeah of course we don't have any helium. I said OK well I already paid for this balloon. She walks over to the register and starts typing on it. I thought to give me a refund. But I was wrong. I walked up to the counter and she looked at me sideways, and said ma'am, I'm sorry, but you're gonna have to go to the back of the line. I'm about to ring all these people up. And I said you weren't gonna give me a refund. Just left the balloon on the counter and said never mind and walked out of the store because I didn't have time to wait in line a third time. If I could give this zero stars I would because the experience was awful. I won't be back! The family Dollar in temple has employees and and manager that are much more helpful, and the store is run much better.
