Can't even call it a "water bill" anymore, because what it really is, is an ambiguous "Sewer bill" with sewer charges being nearly double for "sewer" than for the water you use. and that's without using any sprinkler system water. heaven forbid we keep out lawns looking good. can't anymore.. costs too much. so let the yard go and let the city start looking like trash I guess is their theory to keeping belton beautiful. It would be nice to have a town hall meeting with the city manager and others.

They just raised the sewage rate by over 60 dollars without notice to me. When I called to see how my bill went up that much when I used thousands of gallons of less water, the front desk lady couldn't just get to the point from the beginning that they raised the base rate. She was rude the whole time with attitude. Also tried to give false information and wasted my time. Tried using the excuse that they mailed the notice which was not the case. That is what you get from city workers. Needs to be a check on that worker since she is pretty terrible with her job and rude for no reason with basic questions. Everyone in Belton Goodluck with this lady. Place is a scam to get as much money out of you. Disgusted with this service.

Trash has been on the curb the entire weekend a couple times throughout the year. They also charge a "drainage fee" even though my water is with 439 water supply. Sorry Service and Crooks!!!!!! They need to be reported to the State of Texas...
