just went in to get necessities, ( toiletries etc ) ...
and was amazed how big this grocery store is.
The only thing that bothered me was that nobody, ( associates ) were around to help me,
( having a disability makes it difficult to shop for the things that I need ).
what I was wanting help with was a HEB brand of 40 bottled water ... I had to search and search for an associate, and finally found one, ( small man ) helped me.
*** Please HEB train your associates to pay attention to customers that have disabilities that might not be able to ask for help.***

I really cannot understand why these stores choose to make elderly people be door greeters.
That requires some serious stamina and strength in your knees, legs and back. Atleast give them a chair, they can greet while sitting down.
Just saying..
Other than that, they had some great sales going on and the workers were very happy to help me find something.
(I gave 2 separate ratings for this store/pharmacy!!

Reply to response. If you could design your new stores to have a few spots for semi trucks with trailers to park so we can come do some shopping. Even if it's just some extra space on the side or near the loading dock. Most all of your parking lots semis can't make it in unless we don't have a trailer. Everytime I'm in Texas I try to make plans to be able to stop in and load my freezer up with stuff I can only get at Heb
