        Horrible service, my membership was unknowingly expired BUT the gate still opened up and they allowed access, came back for a 2nd wash LUIS told me my account was inactive and the wash I got was meant for someone else, so he only gave me an option to pay the mistake wash THEY gave me or get the upgraded membership for $26 wow.

        The first time I used this car wash it was great. This second time through today I was called names that I did not appreciate and the manager treated me in a way that no manager should have treated me and talked to me as if I was really ignorant. I was old like to speak with the owner or the person over this car wash and have something done about this. Also there was soap that did not get rinsed off of my vehicle as well.
