When you realize they are only commercial focused now, it explains why they get negative remarks. As a commercial customer I love it. This is what we need as companies wanting to avoid the retail delays.

Awesome company for any corporation to deal with.  These guys know their stuff.  The GM is a veteran of the business, and it shows in how well they treat their customers.  They are only open to company accounts these days, but being a purchasing agent for a company it is a blessing.  This gives them time to concentrate on businesses such as mine, and not be interrupted by every Joe that walks in off the street.  They do still service retail, but only through their online site.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a supplier for not only fasteners, but many other supplies as well.  They have an attitude of "If we don't have it, let us see if we can get it.".

First they didn't know that the order was pre-paid and then they gave me an incomplete order. I did not get all the items I paid for.
