I worked with Toby for about 10 months straight and I can confidently say the work we did in our sessions has changed my life. The emotional safe space he provides is comforting & allows you to explore so many deep rooted feelings, emotions, and traumas. The work weve done has provided so many positive shifts and results that have bled into pretty much every area of my life. Toby Howell is the best therapist there is. I used to see him years ago and he helped me so much to release trapped traumatic energy and now Im back seeing him again. I had my first session with him yesterday and it went great. Its the first time in years I felt seen and heard. We started with a meditation which grounded me into the here and now. He kept slowing me down bc I have a tendency to talk about different things really fast. His techniques he uses really work. I was able to release trapped energy and I can already tell the difference in how I feel and it was only one session so far! If youre thinking of going to therapy, definitely choose Toby. He is amazing at what he does and holds a space of caring and love which comes from his heart

Toby is the best therapist I have seen to date, I have personally recommended him to others; I do not personally recommend often, so this is saying a lot.
His approach has allowed me to work through tough feelings, while coming out of each session feeling better than before.
Toby is very easy to work with and is great with scheduling.

Toby is the BEST therapist I’ve ever been too! I starting going to him in 2012 when I was coming out of frozen ptsd.. his techniques that he studied are the best therapy and the only type of therapy that has ever really helped me!! If you’re looking for a very compassionate understanding and great therapist def go to him!! I’d give him 100 stars if I could!!
