Working with Beverly was awesome. She was always accommodating, punctual, and full of knowledge about whatever home we were looking at, to include a print out of each property to keep which helped with making the final choice. In addition, Beverly educated me along the way about the process, as it has been years since my last home purchase, and provided excellent resources for the entire purchase process. One of the best things about it all is Beverly always had a smile on her face regardless of whether or not my questions had already been asked!! My husband and I are first time home owners and we just purchased our home last week! I cannot begin to express how much we appreciate Beverly Landrum. From the moment we contacted her, she has been kind, informative, patient, clear and incredibly knowledgeable. We were so unfamiliar with the home buying process and she walked us through every step of the way. She even took time to answer the questions of our three children and helped calm some of their fears about moving. We were in a bit of a time crunch with when we needed to be out of our previous home and she made it happen! Beverly is quick to respond any time we needed her and is an excellent communicator. I know she is very busy with other clients and many tasks to complete, but she always gave us her undivided attention.
