When I called and asked for a plumber to come out I was never told about travel fees only that they charged 125 an hour which I was fine with being that Work got done they arrived they literally looked at the pipe and said they cannot do anything for that and then told me that I had to pay $175 ! They were here 20 min tops and DID NOTHING!!!! They didnt even get their hands dirty! I dont mind paying for a service but when they do nothing and want to charge me a full hour and travel fees THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT ITS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! Even the worker said he did nothing but I still had to pay!!

ELG Plumbing provided an excellent service at my home. They arrived at the time they promised...They identified the plumbing problem quickly...And they made the repair in the wall, behind a cabinet with minimal damage to the surrounding area. Disappointed in the work and ended up settling for something I didnt ask for

Unprofessional. Scheduled to have a plumber come out to my property on specific date between specific time - even received text message stating date and time of the appointment. The plumber was a no-show. I did not receive any calls/texts or updates, no one reached out to apologize or reschedule. Straight up poor customer service. I do not recommend.
