I had a GREAT experience today shopping for all new bras for my wardrobe. Sarah is an artist - she was very knowledgeable in both fitting and stock, and kindly offered me many choices based on what worked best for my body. Walked out with everything I needed and more!

I wanted to make a return. I didnt wear the product and I had the receipt and the bag. The assistant manager was beyond rude. Gruffly asserting they are having a big sale and I can exchange and demanding to know why I didnt want the product. In reality because the fabric is pretty low quality and it is expensive for that level of quality and I found a better deal for Italian strapless bras on the internet. This interaction of having to assert 3x that want to make a return makes me never want to shop at this store again. These bras are the same price as ThirdLove half the quality and ThirdLove will take stuff back up to a year.

This is the only lingerie store in our area that's left. All other stores have closed including Victoria Secret. Great staff ..really good customer service. They also take bra donations and you get $10.00 per bra donation towards one full priced bra. I was able to donate some old bras
