The program worked for the first few months, but afterwards I was on a standstill. Even though I had followed the diet plan.  Another thing that really bothered me was that there was so much turned over, they had new associates every few weeks. Which made it hard to build relationship and talk through our progress. The person who opens the facility seems to be late a lot, so we often have to wait until they get here.
